Discuss this product groupFD includes abrasive, non-woven and wool constructions. These are different process tools, not interchangeable grades of one wheel. Select the construction around material removal, texture blending or the intended polishing step.
Compare model-specific mineral, diameter, construction and mounting. Provide machine, part material, incoming marks and target appearance. Confirm operating limits and any polishing-compound combination for the selected wheel before a trial.
A polishing wheel does not replace earlier defect removal. Inspect residual scratches, texture, heat and cleaning between stages. Compare QC for localized quick-change operations and VD for supported sanding formats.
For thin coatings, delicate contours or a final mirror finish, do not assume an abrasive flap disc is suitable. Review SA for controlled manual contour sanding, VD for supported sanding, and NW for surface conditioning. Abrasive, non-woven and wool FD models perform different steps; a wool wheel cannot replace defect removal, and an abrasive disc is not a final polishing tool. Confirm mounting and the marked operating limits for the exact model. No removal rate, surface roughness, life or safe speed is inferred from diameter.
Grit numbers must be read with their grading system. FEPA uses P designations for coated-abrasive grains; a plain number or a similar ANSI/JIS designation is not sufficient evidence of equivalence. The factory catalogue does not confirm a grading standard for every model. Ask GUOWIN to confirm the applicable designation before substituting products. FEPA

Share the material, incoming surface defects, target finish, wet or dry method and tool interface. Validate the selected construction and process on representative workpieces before production.
Generally starts at 1,000 units. Final MOQ is confirmed against the product specification and process. Confirm whether the quoted quantity applies per grit, size or configuration. Custom specifications require individual review.
