Local work with a quick-change interface
QC contains quick-change discs for localized cleaning, deburring and surface work. A851 and A852 should be compared as separate products using their documented construction and dimensions.
Verify mounting and working conditions
Provide the holder type, disc size, tool information, workpiece material, burr or defect and access constraints. Confirm compatibility and the applicable operating limits before use. Do not infer a safe speed from diameter or from another model.
Choose the next finishing stage
Inspect edges, contact marks and heat effects after the local operation. Compare VD or FD when the work area or construction requires another format. Record a complete sequence if the cleaned area must blend into the surrounding finish.
Grit designation and standards
Grit numbers must be read with their grading system. FEPA uses P designations for coated-abrasive grains; a plain number or a similar ANSI/JIS designation is not sufficient evidence of equivalence.
