Flap & Polishing Discs
Abrasive, non-woven and wool disc constructions.

Choose between grinding, conditioning and polishing
FD includes abrasive, non-woven and wool constructions. These are different process tools, not interchangeable grades of one wheel. Select the construction around material removal, texture blending or the intended polishing step.
Confirm the wheel and machine combination
Compare model-specific mineral, diameter, construction and mounting. Provide machine, part material, incoming marks and target appearance. Confirm operating limits and any polishing-compound combination for the selected wheel before a trial.
Protect the finishing sequence
A polishing wheel does not replace earlier defect removal. Inspect residual scratches, texture, heat and cleaning between stages. Compare QC for localized quick-change operations and VD for supported sanding formats.
Grit designation and standards
Grit numbers must be read with their grading system. FEPA uses P designations for coated-abrasive grains; a plain number or a similar ANSI/JIS designation is not sufficient evidence of equivalence. The factory catalogue does not confirm a grading standard for every model. Ask GUOWIN to confirm the applicable designation before substituting products. FEPA
