GUOWIN Company Limited is the exclusive overseas agent of Shenzhen Deepcolor New Surface Treatment R&D Co., Ltd. (深彩新 / Deepcolor New). We supply precision surface treatment materials and equipment to manufacturers across North America, Southeast Asia, and Europe, with a product range covering abrasives, polishing systems, functional inks, and automated finishing equipment.
What We Do
Our portfolio is built around four product lines:
- SC Series abrasives — foam-backed sandpaper from P60 to P5000 for grinding, sanding, and polishing.
- Polishing systems — a 5-stage, color-coded process with compounds, wheels, and pads for mirror finishing.
- Functional inks — UV protection, anti-fingerprint, conductive, and decorative inks for 3C electronics, automotive, solar, and more.
- Finishing automation — electric-spindle finishing, deburring, and four-sided round-grinding equipment.
Manufacturing Base
Deepcolor New operates an integrated R&D and production facility in Shenzhen, equipped with sandpaper punching presses, lamination equipment, and electrostatic abrasive coating lines. This base gives GUOWIN direct control over formulation, quality, and supply for global customers.

GUOWIN works with its Shenzhen manufacturing and R&D base across product development, production, and supply. Product data, SDS, test reports, and market-specific compliance documents are provided after the exact product and intended market have been confirmed.
