Scouring Pads
Industrial surface conditioning and cleaning pads.
Choose a product to view its abrasive, grit, dimensions, backing and attachment specifications.
Distinguish industrial conditioning from cleaning
NW includes industrial conditioning pads and separate kitchen-cleaning constructions. Choose the specific product by task; a shared series label does not make industrial and household pads interchangeable.
Use the product construction as the starting point
Compare ISP for industrial surface work with KSPA and KSPB cleaning pads. Provide substrate, contamination or surface defect, intended texture, contact method and cleaning conditions. Pad color alone is not an abrasive-grade specification.
Check appearance and substrate sensitivity
Test an inconspicuous representative area first when scratching matters. For dimensional stock removal, compare a documented coated-abrasive construction in VD or ST. Do not infer a scratch-free claim from the term non-woven.
Grit designation and standards
Grit numbers must be read with their grading system. FEPA uses P designations for coated-abrasive grains; a plain number or a similar ANSI/JIS designation is not sufficient evidence of equivalence. The factory catalogue does not confirm a grading standard for every model. Ask GUOWIN to confirm the applicable designation before substituting products. FEPA
